Our two-hour cruise, with the sun setting down, starts with sailing under the breathtaking green oasis – Marjan hill, symbol of Split. Then we continue towards the bay of Kaštela where you can enjoy the view on the mountains that surround Split, panorama of several marinas and the most important institution for all Split citizens – amazing stadium of our local football club “Hajduk”. Afterwards we sail to the new part of the town, with the view on several city beaches as the sun sets behind the town which creates an idyllic atmosphere.
Bol – Golden horn beach
Visit the most popular Croatian beach and enjoy sailing in a relaxing atmosphere while cruising along the Adriatic islands.
With this trip we take you to Bol, picturesque port on the south coast of the Brač island. Feel the charm of Dalmatian small town of Bol, beautiful streets, memorable pathway “Šetnica” leading you to the “Golden horn” (in Croatian: “Zlatni rat”) beach … Enjoy swimming on this unique beach which shape can vary due to strong local winds.
After departure from Bol at 16:30, we serve you lunch during the navigation, prepared by our excellent chef. Enjoy cruising along the coast of amazing island of Brač, passing through the “Door of Split”, channel between islands Šolta and Brač. Prepare your camera, we are sailing into the port of Split. 19:15 is approximate time of arrival.
Polaris” has a glorious history, the ship was built in 1943 in American Shipbuilding Company, Buffalo. It was used in World War II during the invasion on Normandy (D Day) In 2007. it was reconstructed to a beautiful yacht with all the amenities of the 21st century, yet retains the look of an early 20th century sailing vessel.
